republic act no. 9439

republic of philippines
department of health
office of secretary

subject:
implementing rules , regulations of republic act no. 9439, otherwise known "an act prohibiting detention of patients in hospitals , medical clinics on grounds of nonpayment of hospital bills or medical expenses"
