Has anyone notice that chinese restraunts never has any trash like food people didn't eat.?

so,....you're unfamiliar take out boxes or doggy bags ? ! throw out food in trashcan without using trash bags ? kind of unsanitary wouldn't think ? health laws i've ever worked under don't allow waste food dumped dumpster without being in garbage bag. imagine exposure flys, rats , else spreads disease.
not waste food put bags, admit. asian food restaurants use massive amounts of veggies. these cleaned, trimmed, cut , made ready cooking. have seen places through out useless veggies boxes came in. not best way of disposal.
bottom line no restaurant wants digging through dumpsters looking edible food. many cities require them locked or in locked area.

all see boxes , cut veggies carrots , stuff. , reason know because worked one.
