Recurring nightmares, how can I make them stop?


have these recurring nightmares year now. in of them i'm running away murderer/evil person who's trying kill me. i'm in forest, kind of since spend time in woods. love dying/being threatened, or they're behind wall , i'm screaming , banging on wall, unable reach them. wake in middle of night time, heart racing, , screaming. how can make these stop, , might mean?!
