When you have a shop and there's a customer ordering in front of you and a phone call comes in..?

there huge attitude in our country calling on phone instantly gets 1 service @ expense of else. it's wrong, it's incredibly rude , sales people need understand it. politely put call on hold , deal customer there first. calling on phone doesn't mean jump head of line. same thing when ringing , else walks , asks batteries are. "excuse me, ma'am, i'll right after ring up."

yeah, when have shop, there's customer ordering in front of you, , phones order, finish customer in front of you's order, or delete , phone call order, when you're done go customer in front of you..?
