Do cockateils make good pets? Poo a lot? What are the monthly expenses? Are they too loud for apartments?

poo lot? well, sure, depends. cockatiels 1 of smaller parrot species, considered medium size, , smaller birds poop more large ones. kept clean, has never been problem me these years of caring them. keeping cage clean , when outside, keep on play stand or play gym, fine. , not have odors other pets such dogs or cats.
