Feels like something stuck in my throat?


week ive had sore head , extremely exhausted. few days ago though developed cold, sore throat runny nose. yesterday runny nose went away , i've started feeling feverish, exhausted, sore eyes , aching joints. morning feels though stuck in throat. sore throat has been feeling worse. please help. worrying no reason or little more serious.
