My Pc waits at a black screen with a white dashed line for 20-30 seconds before initializing the boot-up?


pc:

intel dx58s02 mobo
intel 330 180gb ssd (primary drive windows on it)
wd 7200rpm black 1.5tb hd (storage drive)
8gb 1600 mhz ram (4x2gb)
1st gen intel 17- 950 cpu
ultra 650w psu
ati radeon hd 5770 1gb graphics card

have updated drivers on every component , still have issue. components under warranty got brand new power supply, processor , hd , ssd. work great when comp boots sits there @ black screen blinking cursor. can fix it? , possible problem?

had couple of bsods , narrowed down marvell controller sata 6gb/s controller. updated , havent seen bsod yet im not sure if had problem. appreciated. thankyou
