What is wrong with me??:(?


i'm 14 , there tingling / sore sensation on 1 spot on top of head. , i'm feeling tired. i've got bad anxiety , scared tumor :'( cried last night , couldn't breathe calmly, that's how bad am. don't rude it:( i'm fed up, every pain have think there's wrong:| please help...i had inhaler because of anxiety. looked symptoms of brain tumor , did match 2 or 3, clumsiness, headache. made me more panicky. please please me!:'(
