How do you get onto the canada weekly leader board?


madam m, have no idea how work it, have been doing comparisons other travel areas, , there doesn't seem same amount of questions ours, justify, see lot of level 7 people answer, not on our leader board. go figure.

i went looking through , can't find know in there when they're 1.5k+ answers , there levels 1s on list when people know lvel 5+ on 10,000 points. >.< know why is?
