My son is sick and says his knees hurt a lot all of a sudden...what can I do to help him?


6 year old woke today feeling sick. had diarrhea bad , started puking. he's been puking day , has had lot of accidents in underwear since stools pretty water right now. has temperature of 100. few hours ago laying on couch complaining knees hurt , haven't stopped since. crying , don't know knees hurting.
