how weather higher 75 degrees during summer in vancouver? how higher 70 degrees?

how beaches higher 65?

i'm comfortable 77-85 weather. 70 little cold, i'm wondering if because of humidity levels, 70 seems little warmer indianapolis.

i've done research snowfall, , says guys don't more on outside near mountains , stuff. true?

how long last? when snow hits indianapolis, lasts couple of days few weeks or so. brutally cold here, not bad other places. our average 20-30 in winter, though can cold 10 degrees or in 60s! 60-70s rare though.

read vancouver warmer 9-13 degrees on average in winter time that's why wondering.
