Is facebook causing the next generation to be narcissistic?

here's why asking:
in last few years have seen generation grow , generation below me; facebook , social networks, , 1 thing have noticed not girls posting literally hundreds of pictures of themselves. yet when comment on pictures when talking them things "ohh hate picture" or "i hate how look/myself" in mind these people obvoiusly think wayyyy of , facebook breeding/converting ground type of personality disorder.
people post pictures hoping can many likes possible if see person more likes feel need more 'exposing' , wear (for lack of words) slutty clothes in-order gain more likes.
guys think?
bearing in mind these people posting these pictures wanting 'like-kick' subconsciously because how facebook culture seeming programming our next generation.
