Ortho-K lenses: Myopia (nearsightedness) & Astigmatism?


have few questions regarding ortho-k, don't have wear glasses/contacts during day.

went 2 places check out ortho-k eyes. 1 place treats both myopia , astigmatism , said have wear glasses temporarily 2 weeks.. other place treats myopia , said continue wear glasses ortho-k (and don't want that) because astigmatism high. why? why 1 treat both, other not? , 1 wasn't treating both 20/20 (brand-name guess).

-can both myopia & astigmatism treated in ortho-k? believe places vary, wondering if it's possible.
~left eye: -2.75 (nearsightedness) & -2.00 (astigmatism).
~right eye: -4.00 (nearsightedness) & -3.00 (astigmatism).

-how ortho-k (estimate) following description?

heard ortho-k lenses have limit of both of these, i'm not sure if ortho-k work me. :(
