What to do with reptiles when power goes out?


have 2 juvenile bearded dragons living in 29 gallon tank, crested gecko living in 18x18x12 terrarium, , leopard gecko living in 20 gallon long. should if power goes out extended period of time? live in iowa winters can pretty bad, , power goes out. sister's power when out week. keep them warm until power comes back? , fish? have 8 tanks around house. without heaters , air? concerned. wouldn't know do because guess can i'm noob @ reptile keeping, started summer. mom has owned fish forever, doesn't know she'd if power went out.
