Buyer on eBay paid for item on PayPal but I only received some of it?

sold dress buyer on ebay last night. paid £10.00 dress alone , £2.20 2nd class postage £12.20 altogether. had no money in paypal account @ before paid. in recent activity says buyer paid me £12.20 balance £11.59. how can be?

i'm confused! :(
