Severe headaches - please help!?


lately, in evenings, i've been getting i've started refer "evil death migraines". become super light-sensitive , right frontal area of brain starts hurt (right behind right eye) , through behind eyes.
think may caffeine - them when don't consume much/any caffeine.
i'm not trying diagnose why them; want know if there's way can either a.) prevent them being bad or b.) lessen severity of them foods, dietary changes, exercise, etc.? preferably non-pharmaceutical remedies please!

I'm starting to collect records. What should I store them in?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
