13 Year Old Girls taking cabs by themselves ?

myself 13 year old girl , live in sanfrancisco parents , brother. dad lets ride cab friends have call him when i'm in cab , when out, let him understand i'm safe. never forgtet let daughter take pepper spray in case. mom gave me on safe side,but far i've never used it. , make sure daughter or 1 of friends have ride home. this,they should safe.(p.s make sure 1 of them have phone call with!!!)

is alright three(3) 13 yr old girls take taxi cab in san francisco alone in daytime? responsible teenagers take bus , bart ( train ) alone.
