I have a drywall guy quoting $600 for hanging, finishing 1617 sq. ft. of drywall. should i be jumping on this?


whenever price unusually low, can red flag, careful.

not pay him until he's done. if asks $$ materials, , cannot front money buy himself, go store , buy , arrange delivery. way can't take off , store materials somewhere else , disappear on you.

scammers - give price can't afford pass up, ask money up-front, disappear came life, never heard again. bank on fact $600 isn't enough motivate people go after them. furthermore, of them attempt justify ripping off because you're "greedy" jumping on such deal.

sounds low me. expecting twice much.
