What`s the weather like in Toronto in February?


it's not pretty, i'll tell that. winter still cold, maybe warm enough leggings. wouldn't wear shorts, don't want uncomfortable during concert (been there done that)

it`s because have concert on feb 22 , i`m deciding on wear now.
