4. time told coworker no longer take trash out me. (i small woman , trash heavy me lift)

6. last week asked him if upset , proceeded yell @ me in front of customers , tell me pissed,

7. yelled @ coworker , myself in bar area on our time sheets , accused of milking clock , accused of logging computer system, reason, dont know. when tried speak, told not word.

8. few months ago, pulled office , proceeded scream @ , tell in charge , if didnt leave , never him again. when asked him did told had figure out on our own.

9. 1 day coworker wanted leave, , scheduled stay. told stay her. when told our employer had stay, didnt want me stay. (no overtime, had less hours)

10;one day got work , told me couldnt stay, , once again coworker stayed,

11.when see's discrepency in business wont tell us. example, trash outside of dumpster, when brought attention said saw , and waiting see if picked up.

12. couple of months ago started making 2 of lists. list long , rediculous , not leave until items finished though required clock out @ our scheduled time. coworker had brought attention list small comparison. noone else within business given task lists.

13. not offered breaks. sometmes working 12+ hour shifts.

14. required same job less pay our coworkers..
