Tipping a waiter or waitress?


15%, service better awesome. it's 15% on total amount, pre-tax. don't buy "20% norm" nonsense. frankly sick , tired of people acting if tips right, not bonus on top. don't hesitate leave small tips bad service.

if aren't giving service, shouldn't in industry , tips 1 way ensure bad people weeded out. job, have put in effort.

how hard people tip them well???if keep drink filled , why can't leave more 1-3$...they work @ 2.13 hour....tips lives....

I'm starting to collect records. What should I store them in?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
