Do whois lookup websites too require 6 months time for adsense approval?


have designed website www.webicat.org whois up. registered on 15th of december. plan activate google adsense display ads on it. require wait 6 more months activate it? don't have adsense account already. ask because of friends designed website , have served ads on them. tips helpful. lot :)
