Why eve-teasing happens at particular place and does not happen at other places?

earlier living in other area faced lots of eve-teasing. moved other better area. here don't see eve-teasers. if walk on road @ 12.00 @ night still feel safe....

when visited north indian places dehli , haryana faced eve-teasing. @ places gujarat never faced eve-teasing except previous area residing in... in mumbai eve-teasing happen @ particular area near station @ other places safe...
