Best way to recover after a run?


have started running lot. used hate it, interested in joining marines (i 17), decided need sort out shockingly bad stamina in running. im not unfit, have athletic figure, swimming. worst part smoked year (have quit) huge mistake, after every run struggle breathe.

did 3 mile run in 25 minutes , passed out, felt light headed, skin went clammy , couldnt see properly. have finished 5 mile run in 45 minutes , had same experience. best way body normal after run? cheers
