How do you figure out how old you are in Korea?

have own way of figuring out korean age. it's simple. add 2 years whatever age is, until birthday. once birthday passed, add 1...until new year.

so, american age 12, korean age 14. , after october, american age 13, korean age still 14.

when january comes again, american age still 13, korean age turns 15 (see? it's before october, adding 2 years instead of 1)

please show work, , maybe website me. if cousin born on october 15 2000 , how old be? (in korean years)
