Misused my workplace's sickness procedure, what is going to happen?


basically, went can eat buffet , felt extremely ill. rang work @ around 7 o'clock saying ill , won't in next day. later on night, around 10 o'clock friends convinced me go local nightclub. there 1 hour max, , did not drink.

next day questioned employer how seen out, , admitted did wrong. face investigation hearing tomorrow , wondering punishment going take place? people have been let off hook coming in drunk, sleeping on job etc.

first time offence , out of character, , massively disappointed in myself , full of regret went out night.
