Should I clip my Cockatiel's wings?


found cockatiel outside few months ago , absolutely loves people. (we've looked around owner, never claimed her, we're keeping now.) , went companion while away wouldn't lonely.

well, got 1 pet store , noticed how detached us, , decided give him space while settled down.
new bird antisocial humans, doesn't try bite, , step if remove cage, hisses if near cage, , if he's on top, he'll run around doing can away. he'll lunge, doesn't try hurt you.
sad part first cockatiel loves people, , she'll hang out other 1 if there's no 1 else with. won't let him close him without hissing/lunging space.
want clip second one's wings him used people more can handle him more often, i'm not sure if idea other bird being able fly, i'm afraid stress him out, not being able flockmate, , i'm not sure if he'll able handle it.
suggestions?
