Why is there a weird noise in my ear?


started happening 2 days ago, out of blue. havent had cold, or coughing, , whenever chew, teeth sound weird , right ear, , can kinda hear muscles when im moving jaw or muscle, , annoying me. not hurting me or anything, , isnt first time i've gotten this.
left ear feels fine, , right ear [the 1 tht feels weird] reaaaaaaaaaly annoying me.
should go school nurse or when school break?
or should leave alone?
help?!
