half moon high in blue days sky
vultures circle overhead
seeing ground hungry eyes
find me seated , hope i'm dead

watch them search , glide
under half moon's light
calmly float far , wide
they'll carry me night

feathered wings bring musing thoughts
on them mind drift
above world won't caught
journey has uplift

questioned asked " now?"
"in chair" reply
new years come again somehow
half moon high, blue days sky

"cheers " i'll light once year cigar
