Why do people on the internet claim to know everything and why are they terribly rude?

because hiding behind screen , don't have @ face face. angry , rude people take advantage of anonymity.

in addition expecting advice in advice column, can expect criticism , rudeness - has nothing you. people in more pain others.

lots of people on y!a sincere , helpful. trolls us, part, @ least in category, seem delete them quickly.

this me ranting. when go on advice column expect advice, not criticism. learned lesson.
