Can I get into a good college with my low ACT score?


choices 20 act , 3.5 'lower tier' school or community college, sorry.

if applying colleges accept spring scores, can tutoring , retake in feb, possibly trying sat in march.

my act score 20. 24 on english, 16 on math, 23 on reading , 17 on science. i'm not test taker. gpa on other hand, 3.5. i'm worried act score kill chances of getting decent college, know? , don't know. still have chance?
