Moving to another country?


firstly, idea. nothing definite, i'm thinking it. i'm in teens @ moment , i'm aware might change mind. live in uk , hate here. weather sucks, people suck, it's far expensive , it's not place me. i'm not sure if might move before university or afterwards, think? thinking places move , these things important:

-money. needs affordable i'm not barely paying rent , eating. i'm not asking luxury lifestyle, enough i'm not strapped cash.
oh i'd prefer if wasn't difficult country.

-education. if move before university, of course need have universities. , if fees cheaper here, great too.

top priorities here other things bonus:

nice weather , city/area - idea of nice weather sunshine, warmth , proper summers(not england. in summer have 1 week of sunshine , 2 1/2 months of rain lol). rest of year, don't mind if it's freezing, give me nice summer.
, area, not picky. beaches amazing doesn't matter much.
