Teaching Abroad: How can I find legitimate position in Korea?

hello all,

going apply positions teaching english in korea. have heard stories of teacher exploitation. don't want exploited have cause concern. there way investigate prospective employers make sure salary , housing won't empty promises?

i'd know before applying not waste time shady schools.
