run marketing agency , had conversation looking use services. sent them email detail of work , price service. replied email saying go ahead , telephone conversation stating fee paid in next few days.

began work 3 days later recieved email stating not going ahead project because company subject proposal strike off on companies house correct due name change.

sent him new company registration certificate have not recieved funds or email response date.

want know if can take legal action recover money work done.
