Thawing frozen water pipes?? What else can we do?


boyfriend , live in small town in maine have well. live in mobile home , has been below 0 temps several days. water has been out 3 days now. leaving faucets dripping failed prevent pipes freezing. needle on pressure tank points directly down it's dead. have 2 pellet stoves & kerosene furnace have been running water pump under trailer, right below bathroom. water pressure isn't great here being with, had suspected might have else wrong have no money hire plumber. heat tape on pipes on pipes more 8 years old & doesn't seem heat well. we've tried blowing heat under there it's been windy & cold, nothing seems work. toilet seems fill, fill. no water anywhere else in trailer. ideas??? sound frozen pipes or problem?? i'm desperate & dying 4 shower. appreciated, thank you!
