Abdominal pain. Anyone help?!?


last couple of days i've been having pain in stomach. it's been on left , right side, switches. it's not constant, comes , goes. there has been little pain on back, kidney kind of. nauseated , had diarrhea first couple of days, it's pain. stabbing pain. know might wrong & if doctor visit needed?
