Any ways to get rid of squirrels?


have summer house lot of squirrels live there too. they're not afraid of people (don't approach people don't care them either) , it's impossible rid of them since angry. live somewhere in roof (not sure how explain glass wool is) , keep moving glass wool make more comfortable , result it's cold in winter. make lot of noise , mess.
we've tried blocking places live, scaring them, used sorts of beeping devices either don't leave or come back. there way make them leave without killing them?
