How come for some people, marijuana makes people wiser and think, and for some people, it just make them dumb?


i've never done before i'm kind of interested.
i'm confused, there's people high , party , stupid things regret, , think they're cool , blah blah , dumb, , there's crappy rappers rap money weed , bitches, there's people opens mind , makes wiser. and, lot of best music ever created made under influence of marijuana.
question is, do? , why/how make people wiser , smart , others reckless , dumb?
