Is Manhattan, New York a safe borough ?


resident here 30 years, yes, manhattan safe borough.

things note don't advertise you're brandy new:

- don't use computer on subway train
- don't take smart phone out of pocket answer questions time
- don't give money people on subway
- don't let people building if don't know them
- don't leave purse on floor in restaurant

these standard things people forget :)

i might moving manhattan canada, i've heard weather normal in canada .. i'm not worried .. know if safe borough ?
