Constantly Popping My Jumps?


i've stopped jumping completely. i'll circle forever on jumps i've jad years. it's frustrating me. won't jump, i'll turn around , keep circling. jumps don't circle on axel, double flip , double axel attempts. i'll circle 5 minutes on double salchow, , 10 on every other jump. know it's psychological, can't seem kick habit , it's beginning interfere lessons. tips on how stop popping?
