Why can I only run if I eat something?


carbs, fats, , sugars in bananas , peanut butter giving fuel run. other foods cereal or sandwich too, not as bananas , peanut butter do.

it's best run on empty stomach, in case body needs , uses nutrients run.it might have iron levels, thyroid, or metabolism

ive tried running in morning before breakfast end walking of , feel fatigued. if eat oatmeal or sandwich, feel okay. if eat banana peanut butter feel awesome. , have run within 30 minutes of eating or else im tired. why this?
