Why is earth split to countries?


being 64 years old pacifist hippie, entirely agree you. if today united nations bans torture , slavery, time bans war too. why fight wars?

told still have genes of hunter-gatherer few thousand years ago. evolution simple: here today , managed make genes make next generation.

put bluntly, if kill neighbour, take house , impregnate wife, increase chance see genes go further. problem is: neighbour has same idea! agree respect each other , ... go plunder , rape next village!

time, bigger , bigger , organized "nations." keep peace within nation , go @ war other nations.

europe @ war in 1814, 1870, 1914 , 1940. after last world war, united nations decided solve problems in non-agressive way. came president obama (that otherwise respect , admire) oslo receive nobel peace prize , said "i against war there called, war!"

hum, day ( live nearby oslo) killed magic! sure hitler , bin laden have said war "just one."

opinion simple: if war answer asking wrong question! unfortunately 1 of few naive dinosaurs still believe in words of john lennon:

imagine there's no countries
isn't hard
nothing kill or die
, no religion
imagine people living life in peace

it obvious same...war people idiots.they shouldn't been given brain when don't know how use it.
