statistically central , south american countries have highest crime , homicide rates in world, fact. can't think of 1 european or north american city annually has on 1000 murders each year , rising, countries brazil, colombia, venezuela, mexico, el salvador, caribbean have extremely high murder rates, staggering when consider size of of these nations venezuela or el salvador , why ?
