CAR Audio Questions! Help!?


hello , taking time read , me. dont have best stuff, please dont judge... need assistance!

car 1999 buick century

-big 3 0 gaguge cable = done
-h.o. alternator (bigger explanation down in summary)
-kinetik hc1800 ( bought yesterday december 24, 2012

stereo:
-kenwood excelon x696 headunit
-alpine mrx-m100 1000.1 @ 2ohm (installed 4 gauge cable 100 amp fuse)
-2 alpine 12" type r. have them wired both equal out total of 2 ohms @ 1000 watts
-cerwin vega 600.4 (300rms) (8gauge wire, 50 amp fuse)
-front speakers 5.25" alpine type s
-rear speakers 6"x9" alpine type s
-1 farad rockford fosgate capacitor connected alpine mono amp

, yes audio , power cables ran on different sides of car.

question 1: when accelerate engine noise... dont understand why. grounds great, never overheats.... ive tried everything...!!

important question #2: couldn't afford spend 500$ on brand name high output alternator bought 1 on ebay made car lot less. description said 220amps, while stock alternator 105amps. new high output alternator @ idle puts out 12.9-13.6 volts @ idle, @ 1200rpm goes steady 14.0-14.4.
when have radio on loudest volume that's still clear, starts off loud first 15 seconds, gets tiny bit lower, begins clip... after 30 seconds of playing. bass boost barely on , gain set correctly dmm... should rid of cap , put stock alt in... btw got new kinetik 1800 yesterday... please i'm confused!
