major supermarkets , many grocers stock organic foods marked 'certified organic'. lot of owner-run cafe's cater younger and/or health orientated crowd have lots of organic food items on menu (as fair trade coffee , tea). australia's gone through big food fad in past decade (still going strong) imported , organic food etc. marketable , stocked.
