How to prepare for a soccer game?


don't drink water before game, eat lots of carbs , bread , stuff that. try not eat because winger , running , down side , start feel sick if eat much... night's sleep , make sure stretch before game! can go on night telling how many cramps ive gotten because didn't stretch enough

i'm defender , first game tat play in , th game tomorrow , wanna best there anyways better prepared don't let team down???
