What's a good site (OR BOOK) where I can lean how to draw?


17 years old, , suck @ drawing. want learn how draw see... if looking @ or something, want able draw them pencil. or if imagine something in head, u know, want able draw on paper without screwing w/ horrible drawing skills.

preferably site should free. also, reading, if u suggest learn how draw book beggining teens age, too.
