Should I get a tablet or iPod Touch?


i'm stumped on should get. (i'm 14, have budget of $300 or so, made tutoring little cousin, i'm buying on own, parents won't buy me gift or nothing don't suggest that. think products overpriced, lol.)

can't seem self 4 inch ipod touch more can 7 inch tablet google nexus 7 or blackberry playbook. feel i'm getting ripped off or something. also, don't want ipad mini, out of budget, , don't want anyways.

however, want portability @ same time, fit in jeans can carry around without have hold in hands whole time. (lol okay part meant dirty.) tablet big pockets, ipod perfect that.

prices:
nexus 7 16gb (7 inch screen tablet) $200
blackberry playbook 16gb (7 inch screen tablet well) $180
ipod touch 5th generation 32gb (4 inch screen) $300
ipod touch 4th generation 16gb (3.5 inch screen) $200
thought getting 4th generation ipod touch, figured in while, it'd outdated again, , i'd have ipod touch.

also, have old ipod touch 2nd generation bought brother after got iphone. outdated, slow, , battery drains in minutes. i've had apple product, have used android interface. heard pretty easy used though.

anyways, help! :d
