Will my body shape bring more attention to myself in Japan?


i've dealt staring , hate it. know i'll attention in japan because i'm foreigner, i'm black , have dreadlocks (not large, bob marely-esque kind, they're thin , neat twists). i'm worried i'll bring more attention myself.
have between 28 , 29 inch waist , 36d + have wide set hips. it's gotten me attention in past in america , caribbean (especially in caribbean, visited family there. people pulled , tightened shirts see , commented allot o.o)
how... vocal japanese on sort of thing? better covering , wearing sweatshirts , stuff? or okay? avoiding attention goal; can't fit in since i'm different, don't need make worse. prefer go unnoticed.
