To start my own tshirt line,I will be silk screening it on hanes shirts?
no. hanes sells blank t's purpose. keep in mind tshirt customer fickle , upfront costs responsibility. screen printing labor intensive , when start out, rate of spoilage high. it's important mindful of that. if print 50 shirts , net cost per shirt $5 per shirt, that's $250 before sell one. if selling price $10 , sell 8 of them , stuck rest, if many times, you'll out of business in few months.
screen-printing on demand (one @ time each time sell one) isn't cost effective.
these days, printing transfers , investing in heat press machine better way go. way, imprint blank shirt @ time of sale.
